This required home modifications such as a wheelchair ramp, grab bars and other amenities to be put in by a handyman.&nbsp;“It was difficult to get different services, electricians and contractors to come in and do quotes,” said Henry. “The stress of that experience is when I started thinking of my business model and a career outside of elevators. I have a four-year technology management degree from West Virginia Tech and an MBA from Keller.
