Franchisees Tyler Whalen and Justin Tangeman credit Career Move Month as a key part of the success they've seen.
March 2016 kicked off Career Move Month, a campaign dedicated to recruiting new hires to join the rapidly-growing brand.
Tyler Whalen and Justin Tangeman, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise owners, saw a lot of growth and success after Career Move Month's in the past. This year, they set a goal of hiring 40 movers during the busy spring moving season. This means an estimated 30 percent growth.
Both franchisees have had a long history with the brand. Prior to opening their first location, both Tyler and Justin started off as drivers and worked their way up to managers.
