Oversmith, who comes from a background in construction, was first introduced to the brand in 2002 when he started working for an acquaintance who owned a few TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations in Michigan.&nbsp;“I immediately loved the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand and the company culture,” said Oversmith. “I saw the massive amount of potential that the business model could bring as an entrepreneur and franchise owner.”&nbsp;In 2005, Oversmith purchased the Ann Arbor location and began acquiring additional locations around the area as a franchise owner. In 2015, he teamed up with Turbeville, who was working as a franchise business consultant in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office, and the two began expanding their portfolio with new units. In 2019, the duo purchased the Boston territory and eventually expanded to another location in Providence, Rhode Island. Plus, we already have a shared infrastructure and hub on the East Coast, and we saw first-hand the growing demand for moving services.
