The company has announced that his successor will be Jim Illaria, who formerly served as the CEO of the Applebee&rsquo;s franchise company, Potomac Family Dining Group. Psallidas will help guide Illaria through the transition to ensure a smooth change in leadership.

Uno is currently in the midst of a refranchising initiative. The brand has recently sold eight company-owned locations as part of this process and plans to continue the process throughout the end of the year. &nbsp;
