Taco Bell is adding a fast food staple to its menu: French fries. A <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/nation-now/2018/01/04/taco-bell-nacho-fries/1003136001/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=usa-today-taco-bells-nacho-fries-to-debut-for-1-2705169" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">recent article in USA Today</a> notes that the fan favorite Mexican food chain announced that Nacho Fries will officially be on its $1 menu on January 25.

The addition of Nacho Fries comes after Taco Bell announced that it is revamping its $1 menu, with plans to add 20 new items both nationwide and in test markets. But that doesn&rsquo;t mean that customers won&rsquo;t be able to upgrade past the $1 menu portion&mdash;consumers will also have the ability to upgrade their Nacho Fries by ordering Supreme for $2.49 or Belle Grande for $3.49.

Taco Bell&rsquo;s Nacho Fries are standard fries seasoned with Mexican seasoning and a side of nacho cheese. With upgrades, they can also be topped with beef, cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream.
