MEADVILLE, PA – Summer is on its way, and Voodoo Brewing Co., the community brewpub franchise, is coming in hot with its limited-time menu items. Available through mid-September Voodoo Brewing Co.’s chef-crafted menu items, offer new items and refined classics, to help guests usher in warmer weather and longer days.

“The arrival of spring is often a marker of when everyone starts preparing for the fun, flavors and festivities of summer,” said Tony Lang, chief marketing officer at Voodoo Franchise Group. “These light, bright menu items are the perfect addition to the season, and we’re excited to serve our guests the flavors they crave as we march toward summer.”

The limited-time offers (LTOs) include:

Bayou Po’Boy

This bad boy pairs sweet, spicy and crunchy for an irresistible bite. The Bayou Po’Boy combines chicken and shrimp that have been fried to golden perfection and tossed in Cajun spice, a charred tomato compote, fresh field greens and bang bang sauce atop a fresh hoagie roll.

Shaved Brussels Sprout Caesar

A salad fit for royalty, the Shaved Brussels Sprout Caesar offers an elevated take on a classic favorite. Shaved sprouts are topped with a house-made Caesar dressing for a rich, crispy base, and the salad is finished with grated parmesan, bacon, croutons and a dash of Cajun spice.

Tuna Poke Quinoa Bowl

Marrying a few different culinary cultures, the Tuna Poke Quinoa Bowl has a little bit of everything. Citrus-marinated tuna is added to a bowl of field greens, quinoa, carrots, cucumbers and jalapenos for a refreshing base before being topped with a house-made avocado aioli, nori, bang bang sauce and everything spice. This bowl is especially bangin’ when paired with Pete’s classic margarita.

Spicy Salmon Quinoa Bowl

With a bit of everything nice in every bite, the Spicy Salmon Quinoa Bowl combines freshness and flavor for the perfect summer meal. Perfectly cooked salmon sits atop crisp field greens, quinoa, fresh shredded carrots, cucumber and jalapenos, and the entire bowl is topped with a house-made avocado aioli, nori, bang bang sauce and everything spice.

Chilled Pad Thai Noodle Bowl

For guests looking to level up their bowls, the Chilled Pad Thai Noodle Bowl is the clear choice. Pad thai noodles, topped with fresh jalapenos, carrots, cucumbers and herbs, share their bowl with a sweet agave vinaigrette and pickled radishes for a bit of tang. The bowl is topped off with the choice of chicken or shrimp, and the meal is rounded out with Empty Calories or Wynona to drink.

“We’re always looking for ways to ‘Voodoo-ify’ some of the public’s favorite meals, and we think we’ve outdone ourselves with this summer LTO,” Lang said. “With the freshest ingredients, tangy, spicy flavor combinations and the perfect beverage pairings, your local Voodoo Brewing Co. has just what you need to satisfy your cravings and quench your thirst in the lead-up to summer.”
