WEAR_TV: Northwest Florida gyms see rise in members, implement changes in new year

A recent article from WEAR-TV notes that the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association says that more than 12 percent of gym members join in the month of January. Because of this, REGYMEN Fitness in Pensacola told the publication that they're expecting large crowds now that 2022 is underway.

This spike in demand comes as people are taking their health and wellness more seriously than ever before following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
