Wings and Rings Unveils a Hearty Fall LTO Menu Full of Flavor, Featuring Sam Adams Beer Cheese
Guests can enjoy Drunken Loaded Fries, Drunken Chicken Sandwich and Sam Adams Drunken Tenders starting on September 11.

CINCINNATI, OH – Wings and Rings, the club-level sports restaurant and bar franchise with 85 units, is welcoming in the fall by asking the age-old question: What goes better with cooler weather than beer and cheese? Available starting September 11, the limited-time fall menu showcases a robust lineup of items featuring house-made Sam Adams Beer Cheese, including Drunken Loaded Fries, Drunken Chicken Sandwich and Sam Adams Drunken Tenders.
“For the Fall LTO, we are introducing Sam Adams Beer Cheese as our signature proprietary item,” said Dan Admire, Wings and Rings’ corporate chef. “We've developed a unique cheese sauce containing four kinds of cheese that we've integrated into multiple dishes, all prepared in-house. From our Drunken Loaded Fries to our Drunken Chicken Sandwich and Drunken Tenders, each item promises an indulgent experience.”
The Drunken Loaded Fries are generously topped with house-made Sam Adams beer cheese, bacon, scallions and Bleu Cheese crumbles. Similarly, the Drunken Chicken Sandwich features a crispy beer-battered chicken breast, smoked bacon, Sam Adams beer cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato, served on a toasted brioche bun.
If you're in the mood for tenders, the Drunken Tenders come in 3 and 4-piece options, with each tender getting its crunch from a house-made beer batter, and served with a side of beer cheese for dipping.
“It's football season, and what better way to enjoy the game than with some hearty, flavorful and, let’s not forget, cheesy dishes?” Admire said. “All of our TVs will be on, making it a perfect fit for sports fans looking for an elevated food and drink experience.”
Wings and Rings is once again incorporating a fundraising component with this limited-time menu. Sales from custom-designed koozies priced at $5 each, will be donated to the American Cancer Society (ACS) as part of the “Cheers to Hope” campaign and guests who wish to contribute more can make an open donation.
"Supporting the American Cancer Society is something close to our hearts. So when guests purchase these koozies, they're not just getting a functional item, but they're also making a meaningful contribution to a great cause," said Admire.
With cozy weather right around the corner, Wings and Rings' new fall limited-time offers provide the perfect comfort food experience to complement the season, while also giving guests an opportunity to support a noble cause. These items will be available at all Wings and Rings locations for a limited time between September 11 and October 29, 2023.
