Said President Brian Balconi, &quot;Its a two-tiered approach because shopping malls have been our bread and butter for a long time. We know the business and our customers love to see us in the shopping mall so that will continue. But there are coffee drinkers outside of shopping malls so we want to be there as well.&quot;
