Jason and Wendy Olsen have always been passionate about everything they do. And whether they&rsquo;re catering, serving or cooking, BBQ is no exception.

Growing up, Wendy&rsquo;s father built portable pig smokers by hand, and catered to many organizations and individuals as a hobby. She grew up watching how good food and great relationships were made through her mom and dad. Jason had a similar experience through a family-owned food packaging store in Clinton, Iowa.

Living in Fayetteville, North Carolina for over 30 years, the Olsens have long been tapped into their community, and they saw firsthand just how much Southern hospitality reigned supreme in everything their hometown did&mdash;including food.
