Pizzas are cooked in only four minutes in a super-hot brick oven and brought out to the customer. Your Pie also separates itself from the competition by hand tossing their dough.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div id="pastingspan1" style=" "></div><div id="pastingspan1" style=" ">"The thing that distinguishes us from the rest is that we are actually hand tossing our dough right in front of you. It really makes a difference with the product," franchisee Shawn Reinhart told Crain&#8217;s Chicago Business. While the brand acknowledges the hot pizza market in Chicago, founder Drew French is confident in Your Pie&#8217;s success in the area.
