Brands board since 2015 in conjunction with his role at Target. He also previously served as CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods before joining Target&rsquo;s executive team.

The parent company of Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut and several other franchise brands made the move in the wake of current non-executive chairman Robert Walter&rsquo;s decision to retire from the role. Walter will remain a board member for Yum! Brands.
