Zoes Kitchen and American Airlines are partnering to create a food-for-sale menu for the airline’s main cabin passengers, according to a Fast Casual report.

The new menu will include menu items from both American Airlines and Zoes Kitchen, and will be available starting December 1 on most domestic flights that are longer than three hours, according to the article.

"Zoes mission to deliver goodness from the inside out and their ‘simple, tasty, fresh’ offerings made it an easy decision to partner with the fast casual, healthy restaurant group," Janelle Anderson, VP of Global Marketing for American Airlines, said in the release. "Our customers have asked for lighter tasty food choices. This collaboration with the expert chefs at Zoes provides an innovative, fresh approach to onboard offerings."
