Mississippi Business Journal: Veteran Owners Bring Your Pie to Mississippi
Fast casual favorite grows in untapped territory with owners John Henry and Dee Broadwater
John Henry and Dee Broadwater are business partners who come from very similar backgrounds. The two served in the military and each have past experience working in the restaurant industry. After a career in the military and as defense contractors, the two re-joined forces to bring Your Pie to the state for the first time.
“We’re starting in the greater Jackson area and then possibly in Hattiesburg, Oxford, Starkville and potentially the Coast,” Henry told the Mississippi Business Journal.
Currently, Your Pie has 40 locations in 13 states, but Henry's and Broadwater's will be Mississippi's first.
