They'll schedule a recurring or one-off pickup, and 2ULaundry will drop off a free welcome kit the next day that includes everything a customer needs before their first pickup. On their scheduled day, 2ULaundry will pick up the bags by 8 a.m., clean the clothes exactly to their preferences, and return them drawer-ready the very next day. Customers can follow their order via the 2U mobile app's order tracker or by getting text message notifications every step of the way.Following a two-week soft launch for friends and family, 2ULaundry opened to the public on October 31.“Tampa has always been on our roadmap for expansion,” said D’Aquisto. “It was always a market we were looking at in the Southeast because of its fast-growing population density.
