He comes to Roy Rogers as it celebrates&nbsp;its 50th anniversary. He will be responsible for enhancing the brand image and restaurant operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The franchise has opened 10 new locations over the past three years and looks forward to continued growth under Biser&#39;s leadership.&nbsp;
