After some conversations about the brand and its mission, Carache decided to join the team.“There are multiple functions that, ideally, a finance professional would be handling. That has been my goal — what are the areas that members of this organization have had to bootstrap previously?” Carache said. “Now that we’re getting a bit more specialized, what can I take off the business and handle myself to ensure it's all flowing properly?”Lifting these responsibilities from other team members will not only allow them to focus more closely on their primary responsibilities but will also bring an eye for finance into the equation, ensuring that things like labor projections, bookkeeping and taxes are done as accurately and efficiently as possible.“Especially as we expand to more and more franchise locations, we’re going to need a dedicated resource — me — for things like revenue management, investments in technology and targeted marketing,” he added. “We want to make sure that we set these first 10–15 franchisees up for extreme success and support them in any way we can to help them move to growing their next location or being most efficient with the one they have.”<h4>Keith Martinez Is Excited To Contribute to the LaundroLab Team and Local Communities</h4>Martinez has a varied professional background, having worked in community development, marketing, nonprofits, real estate, franchising and more. With this knowledge, personal history in entrepreneurship and a passion for community development, Martinez felt the LaundroLab team was a perfect place for him.One of the primary differentiators of LaundroLab is its modernized model.
