SAN DIEGO, Calif. — BooXkeeping, the modern bookkeeping franchise known for delivering cloud-based financial services to small and medium-sized businesses, is proud to announce the addition of new franchisees, Alejandra Hernandez and Sandrine Rattier, in San Diego, California.
The duo brings strong professional backgrounds in supply chain management and a longstanding interest in accounting. Together, they are eager to leverage BooXkeeping’s proven model to help local business owners streamline their bookkeeping and focus on growth.
“I hold an associate’s degree in accounting, and have worked in supply chain for over five years,” said Hernandez. “Although my career has been in supply chain, bookkeeping has been an area of interest. After Sandrine and I met, we realized we wanted to start a business together. We saw the advantage of owning a franchise, an established brand, rather than starting something from scratch, and BooXkeeping felt like the perfect fit.”
Rattier shared a similar path. “We actually met at supply chain association meetups, and my background is also in the supply chain arena. A long time ago, when I was going to school, I was considering going into accounting, but I took a different direction. I’ve always wanted to start a business, but wasn’t sure where to begin. When a franchise coach reached out to me, I was looking for something smaller, work-from-home, with no employees. BooXkeeping stood out because of its approach to accounting — making it cool again — and the incredible support the brand provides.”
The pair said conversations with BooXkeeping’s team and other franchisees sealed their decision. “Before we made a decision, we spoke with other franchisees who shared how easy it was to work with the BooXkeeping team,” Hernandez said. “We heard great things about their support, and that gave us confidence.”
Now, Hernandez and Rattier are focused on launching their franchise and serving small businesses in their community. “We are most excited to start getting clients — that’s our next goal,” Hernandez said. “There are restaurants, mom-and-pop shops, and other entrepreneurs in our area who can benefit from bookkeeping services. We’re excited to help them.”
For both women, the journey is also deeply personal. “I was born and raised in France and came to the U.S. for school,” Rattier said. “We really started with nothing, so this is a big step.” Hernandez added, “I was born and raised in Mexico and came to the U.S. over 25 years ago. My family and I have been in San Diego ever since, and now I’m so proud to be starting a business here.”
BooXkeeping provides professional, cloud-based bookkeeping services to business owners nationwide, with a flexible, scalable franchise model that doesn’t require a physical office. The brand’s comprehensive training and ongoing support ensure franchisees are equipped to deliver modern financial solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
“We are thrilled to welcome Alejandra and Sandrine to the BooXkeeping family,” said CEO and Co-Founder Max Emma. “Their determination, professional experience, and passion for helping small businesses make them ideal partners for our brand. We know they will make a significant impact in San Diego.”
