Franchise industry veteran Eric Wyatt will fill the role of chief operating officer at the rotisserie chain.
Boston Market has announced a new member of its leadership team. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News the brand has selected Eric Wyatt to fill the role of chief operating officer. Prior to accepting the position, he worked with brands ranging from Starbucks to Taco Bell and Bath & Body Works. Most recently, he worked directly with a franchisee at Panera Bread, overseeing day-to-day operations.
“Eric is a results-driven restaurant industry executive and brings a proven track record of operational leadership and experience to Boston Market. He will be a key leader in developing and executing our strategic plan going forward and will be focused on flawless operational execution to deliver a highly satisfied guest experience,” said CEO Frances Allen.
