In recent years, the brand has increased its average unit volume (AUV) by $400,000, rising from average sales of $1.2 million to $1.6 million for the top quartile of Brass Tap locations and is continuing to gain momentum with recent multi-unit deals, such as the Dallas signing.&nbsp;“We’re thrilled about the success of the brand throughout the Dallas metro area, and see tremendous potential for development across Texas, including in the Houston market,” said Jamie Cecil, Vice President of Franchise Development for The Brass Tap.The initial start-up investment for The Brass Tap ranges between $664,050 and $1,223,000 with a franchise fee of $35,000.
