As reported by QSR, the NRA&#8217;s <a href="http://www.restaurant.org/News-Research/Research/Forecast-2015?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=breakfast-all-day-could-serve-up-stronger-profits-1185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">2015 Restaurant Industry Forecast</a> found <a href="http://www.qsrmagazine.com/exclusives/dawn-daylong-breakfast?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=breakfast-all-day-could-serve-up-stronger-profits-1185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">7 in 10 consumers</a> want restaurants to serve breakfast all day. This is especially true in the case of Millennials, the age demographic most interested in chowing down on breakfast at night. &#8220;Breakfast hasn&#8217;t traditionally been the most common dining-out daypart, but with the increasingly busy lifestyles we lead today, consumer interest is definitely stemming from the blurring of normal meal periods,&#8221; Annika Stensson, the NRA&#8217;s director of research communications, was quoted as saying by QSR. &#8220;Who doesn&#8217;t like some good pancakes, no matter what time of day it is?&#8221; Cooking up customer contentment While not every brand has gotten on board the breakfast-all-day train, some franchises have blazed a trail in this regard. <a href="https://www.sonicdrivein.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=breakfast-all-day-could-serve-up-stronger-profits-1185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sonic</a> and <a href="http://www.jackinthebox.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=breakfast-all-day-could-serve-up-stronger-profits-1185" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Jack in the Box</a> both serve breakfast all day, and it&#8217;s clear to see why. Having a permanently expanded menu is an easy way to cater to different consumer tastes, especially in the case of restaurants that already serve breakfast items in the morning. Their workers are trained in how to prepare these items, and they already have the supplier relationship in place to order breakfast foodstuffs. If anything, not making breakfast a 24-hour affair makes little to no sense for these businesses. Try typing &#8220;restaurants that serve break&#8221; into your Google search bar. If the words &#8220;fast all day&#8221; don&#8217;t pop up first, I&#8217;ll personally write you a check for however much it costs to buy an Egg McMuffin. Just make sure you get there before 10:30 a.m. &#8211; some places are content to keep breakfast a morning-only transaction, all the more reason for audacious franchises to take advantage and differentiate themselves from the competition.
