We’re not quite there yet, but we’re headed in that direction.”According to Thiessen, requests for services have been at an all-time high. Since the onset of the pandemic, consumers have been spending more of their time — and their money — at home, and for Budget Blinds that interest has kept momentum strong.“The results that our franchisees have had have been incredible. That’s why the brand made a commitment to growing its internal support staff.“We hired 30 new support people on the operations side,” Thiessen continued. “We needed higher levels of support in order to invest heavily in the great people who have helped grow the business. To do that, we needed regional feet on the street.”In 2021, Budget Blinds is continuing to lean into growth, and with the addition of new franchise partners to its family, the brand is motivated to continue to optimize its business model.“We’re just continuing to focus on the growth of the network as a whole.
