Business Insider: McDonald's is planning to hire thousands of workers using Snapchat

Brands are starting to get creative with hiring solutions on the hunt to find amazing millennials

Finding great people sometimes takes great creativity.

McDonald's seems to get this. Kate Taylor, published on Business Insider, reports that Snapchat will help the Big Mac brand find its talent pool. She reports:

This summer, Americans can start their McDonald's job applications on Snapchat.

On Monday, the fast-food company announced that it planned to hire roughly 250,000 workers this summer. And, to hire these new employees, McDonald's is using more modern recruitment methods — including Snapchat.

Potential workers can start their application process through "Snaplications," which the company says is a "first-to-market" hiring tool in the US.
