Due to its unique three-step process: a pre-soak foam followed by a power clean and topped off with a protective finish, Renew Crew ensures the beauty and life of thousands of American homes and businesses. Instead of using high-power pressure washers, Renew Crew uses a low-power pressure washer that’s just as effective and won’t gouge decks or damage outdoor surfaces and landscapes. Renew Crew’s services include cleaning and protection for wood, concrete, siding and pavers and hardscape. The brand offers pressure cleaning for residences and commercial buildings as well as gutter cleaning and protection. Renew Crew can even service log and cedar homes thanks to its use of an exclusive chlorine-free formula that removes mildew and mold embedded in wood.&nbsp;What do you think is Premium Service Brands’ most important milestone over the past few years?Renew Crew was founded in 1993 under the name Wood ReNew and began to franchise less than 10 years later in 2001. In 2012 the company was acquired by Outdoor Living Brands, which added more services and changed the brand’s name to Renew Crew and in January 2020, the brand was acquired under the Premium Service Brands portfolio. Since opening its doors to franchising, the brand has expanded to feature 29 units nationwide and continues to grow, with five units opened in 2019, and 10 slated to open with a goal of growing same-store sales by 10% in 2020.What does your ideal franchisee look like?Our franchise owners come from all walks of life and career backgrounds, sharing a dream of owning their own business.
