Since then, <a href="https://1851franchise.com/chebahut">Cheba Hut</a> has expanded across the country, with 25 locations open and a dozen more on the way. Now, according to <a href="https://journalstar.com/business/local/nebraska-native-rolls-to-success-with-pot-themed-sandwich-chain/article_abc4e472-8e9c-5b65-a877-f48105f068be.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=lincoln-journal-star-nebraska-native-rolls-to-success-with-cheba-hut-a-pot-themed-sandwich-chain-2711885" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">a recent article in the Lincoln Journal Star</a>, Jennings is looking to open corporate shops back home, starting in Lincoln.Jennings told the Lincoln Journal Star that he plans to open the first restaurant close to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln by fall of 2020, and then expand to downtown and The Haymarket.Cheba Hut’s growth to UNL and other markets at Big Ten schools is driven by the success they have seen on several college campuses, including the University of Wisconsin.
