Chick-fil-A Hosting Walk-In Interviews on August 1

The chicken franchise is looking for new hires at participating New York, New Jersey and Connecticut restaurants.

Today, Chick-fil-A is guaranteeing walk-in job interviews at participating restaurants in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

On Wednesday, August 1, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. EST, anyone who visits a Chick-fil-A restaurant can interview onsite for a full-time or part-time Team Member position, according to a press release.

The press release stated that “12 of the 26 participating restaurants in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are locally owned by entrepreneurs who started as hourly Team Members, a demonstration of Chick-fil-A's commitment to developing leaders from within.”

The event is part of the brand’s efforts to boost hiring in the region.

"We are extremely excited to be hiring 250 Team Members at Tri-State Area Chick-fil-A restaurants in our mission to be the top employer in the industry," Chick-fil-A Paramus Park Mall franchise operator Michael Thornton said in the press release. "Chick-fil-A is the place for community-minded people who want a fulfilling job that goes beyond the walls of the restaurant. We invite anyone interested to come meet with us and interview for a position at their local Chick-fil-A restaurant. Everyone is welcome at Chick-fil-A."
