Chick-fil-A is promoting John Bridges to the role of chief marketing officer. Bridges will be replacing brand veteran Steve Robinson, who has lead the brand's marketing department for more than 30 years. Robinson is stepping out of the role for retirement, however will stay on in an advisory position through the remainder of the year.
Bridges has been with the brand since 1992, when he first joined the information technology group. Prior to becoming chief marketing officer, Bridges served in several senior roles, including chief information officer and VP of customer experience.
