Citing Popular Demand, KFC Bringing Back Fried Chicken & Waffles

Kentucky Fried Chicken is bringing back its Fried Chicken & Waffles dish from March 23 through April 29 while supplies last, according to a Nation’s Restaurant News report.

The fast-food brand first offered the dish temporarily in November and December 2018 and cited “an overwhelmingly positive response from customers” as the reason for the return, according to the article.

“We expected people would love Kentucky Fried Chicken & Waffles when we launched it in 2018,” KFC chief marketing officer Andrea Zahumensky said in a statement, according to the article. “But we underestimated how much love there would be so we’re bringing it back just four months later. Too soon? Not a minute.”
