Courier-Journal: On the Heels of a Name Change, Lenny's Grill & Subs Eyes Expansion in Louisville, Kentucky

Lenny's Grill & Subs is hoping to grow more in Louisville, and the Courier-Journal recently spoke with vice president of franchise and market development Bob Ritter about the brand and their development plans.

Lenny's currently has one location in Louisville, but they believe the brand can support upwards of 20 new locations in the coming years.

Said Ritter, "We are currently trying to identify single and multi-unit franchisees to develop the market. The goal is to open all locations within the next five years."

As the brand continues to grow, including a recent name change, Ritter says they will continue to stick to their mission: "To make and serve great food."
