Facebook is slowly taking over Snapchat&rsquo;s territory.

The social network is rolling out Facebook Stories in its main app to many users worldwide. &nbsp;The Stories function in the main app allows users to stitch photos and videos together to share and they vanish after 24 hours.&nbsp;The app is currently only available to users in Chile, Vietnam and Greece.

Facebook has already implemented Snapchat-like features on Instagram and its Messenger app. The move puts the Stories function in front of Facebook&rsquo;s 1.7 billion mobile users.
