Fast Casual: Fatburger, Buffalo's Express opens in Santa Monica

Fatburger recently celebrated the opening of its 46th location in California. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand's newest location will call Santa Monica home. It will serve a mix of traditional Fatburger favorites as well as select items from Buffalo's Express, another restaurant owned by parent company Fat Brands.

The company hopes that this diverse menu will find success by offering a little something for everyone. The launch of the new location comes alongside the unveiling of the new Impossible Burger, which will be served at the new restaurant. 

"Opening in Santa Monica is a sort of homecoming for us. After years of restructuring, growing internationally and undergoing an IPO, it's still a big deal to us to serve this community," said CEO Andy Wiederhorn.
