DOGPerfect was founded in 2019 by Rob and Linda Emery. After gaining experience in wireless retail and acquiring pet anxiety brand Snuggle Puppy, Rob leveraged his prior brick-and-mortar experience to build a premium, wellness-focused pet store. After moving to Florida, Rob and Linda opened three locations within 11 months. The pair realized their model was distinct from both big-box stores and single-service franchises and launched DOGPerfect franchise opportunities to support national expansion with the unique model.
