On Wednesday, March 6, seven Dunkin&#39; restaurants across the U.S. will jumpstart St. Patrick&rsquo;s Day festivities by taking on the name &quot;O&#39;Dunkin&#39;.&rdquo; Each of these seven restaurants will feature festive interior d&eacute;cor and an updated exterior design to reflect the promotion. To add an additional engagement element to the one-day promotion, fans of the coffee franchise will have to follow @Dunkin on Instagram for clues on where the seven O&rsquo;Dunkin&rsquo; restaurants are located.
