With a new leadership team in place and plans to expand to new territories in Tennessee and Florida in 2019, the brand&nbsp; is committed to fully supporting its franchisees and has heavily invested in technology, real estate and training programs over the past year in order to do so.

Ricky Richardson&rsquo;s more recent hire as CEO has outlined a plan for aggressive growth, following the company&rsquo;s acquisition in March 2018 by WJ Partners, a private investment firm with a background in scaling multi-unit concepts.
