At the core of the brand’s educational efforts is Express University, a robust training hub for franchise owners, employees and Express associates. Scott oversees a team of 26 people dedicated to delivering job-specific, role-based training across multiple platforms — in person, virtual and self-paced.“We have a full calendar of training classes, live events both in person and virtual,” she said. “We also have a learning program with a certification that is available online, plus new hire training plans used to train new employees in the office. Training is customized by the job role. The goal is to give franchise owners and their teams the tools they need to lead, adapt and thrive.”In addition to general skills development, Express University supports long-term growth through its Leadership Academy and a monthly onboarding program for new franchise owners.&nbsp; “Franchise owners go through our three-week training program — two weeks virtual and one week on-site with us,” Scott said. “A lot of our classes are around learning to diversify their business and grow different service lines.”<h2>Impressive 2024 Training Milestones</h2>The numbers behind Express’s training strategy speak for themselves:<ul><li>267,891 course completions on the Express University e-learning platform in 2024.</li><li>79 live training classes and&nbsp;157 webinars held throughout the year.</li></ul>“Our online corporate university has a full catalog of e-learning.
