According to a&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2IJB1zy?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-fazolis-9th-missouri-store-reopens-1-year-1-fire-later-2706549" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204); font-family:arial,sans-serif" target="_blank">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand was forced to close the location in May 2017 following a fire that occurred in-store. The location has been rebuilt with the brand&#39;s new design and will include a drive-thru option.&nbsp;

&quot;I am thrilled to be bringing Fazoli&#39;s back to the Poplar Bluff area as the brand is so well-known and beloved in the community,&quot; said franchisee Jack Puckett.

The restaurant will feature the brand&#39;s new, streamlined menu. This means that it will be serving up dishes using premium ingredients and will include an assortment of new dishes for guests to try. These include&nbsp;but are not limited to spicy penne pasta and brownie gelato sundaes.
