Fast Casual: New tool helps small restaurant brands handle big turnover problem

The recruiting platform Snagajob has launched a new feature that could benefit small business owners. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the tool will help streamline the overall shift in management processes. 

The new release can save small restaurant owners from spending hours spent manually tracking and planning employee scheduling. It also features the ability to update and swap employee schedules in real time.

"The new scheduling feature is incredibly helpful, making it easier for everyone to stay up to date with our schedule. A lot of the students on my staff like the ability to trade shifts on their phone. I like that shifts are updated without disrupting my business" said Kathy Hester of BakeHouse LLC.
