Pairing exercise and endorphins with relaxing and restorative treatments that are beneficial to both the body and mental health will yield the most impactful, sustainable results.This development, in turn, creates even more value for both members and franchise owners. In many cases, fitness, massage, sauna and compression are offered at four different businesses. Just as guests will no longer have to book multiple appointments across various establishments to achieve their wellness goals, franchisees are able to offer that complete experience under one roof rather than investing in multiple concepts.Moving forward, Fitness Premier locations throughout the franchise system will be implementing a range of recovery options depending on what best fits each footprint. However, regardless of layout, each location will have more than just a single HydroMassage bed or infrared sauna, Morris says. The brand’s ultimate goal is to become a one-stop-shop of sorts, where members can have all of their wellness needs met.“We really have a cozy, family feel in our clubs. We want to give back more to our members, and recovery is a huge part of the fitness journey,” Morris said. “It just goes hand-in-hand, and this is another way that we’re growing and evolving as a company. We’re not stagnant — we’re dedicated to improvement.”The total initial investment necessary to begin the operation of a Fitness Premier Club Model is $279,849 to $575,499 per unit.
