Through hard work and community engagement, he turned it around, eventually boasting 1,500 members.&nbsp;After several other gym business ventures, Moore sold his properties and moved to Florida, where he had a short-lived retirement, which he found too boring to continue. His extensive experience soon drew him back into the industry.
