Riding the wave of a landmark year for the brand in 2014, the Atlanta-based health and wellness franchise &#8212; which has established a reputation for accessibility, both for consumers and for franchisees &#8212; also opened the doors of four new clubs in Q1. &#8220;Our commitment to the very best model available in the franchise fitness industry has helped separate WORKOUT ANYTIME from the crowded pack,&#8221; said Steve Strickland, CEO and co-founder of WORKOUT ANYTIME. &#8220;It&#8217;s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our corporate team and franchisees that we&#8217;re off to a pace of hitting nearly 50 new deals this year with a pipeline of new club openings that will put us well over the 100 mark by year&#8217;s end.&#8221; The 15 deals to start 2015 represent a 275 percent increase from new deals signed in 2014. The brand also signed their first franchisees in key growth states Oregon, Virginia and Mississippi. The brand ended the first quarter of 2015 with nearly 150 locations signed for, and entered the second quarter of the year with multiple openings set for North Carolina and in the brand&#8217;s home state of Georgia. &#8220;Word is getting out based on the success of our existing locations that this is a brand poised to explode across the country,&#8221; Strickland said. &#8220;We keep it simple and remain dedicated to the basics, which has resonated in all of the communities where we&#8217;ve opened. We&#8217;re excited to enter more new states this year and are working with qualified franchisees to bring the WORKOUT ANYTIME model to even more before we close out the year.&#8221; The brand also established a partnership with franchise consulting company FranNet with the goal of exposing more entrepreneurs to the model. In just the first week of the partnership, WORKOUT ANYTIME completed a deal with a military veteran with plans to open a club in South Carolina by the end of the year. WORKOUT ANYTIME has a huge advantage in the fitness sphere, as the brand has territories available for purchase in every state and is able to continue providing new business opportunities for growth-minded franchisees. Over 60 percent of the franchisees in the system are multi-unit franchisees, seeing the huge potential in operating multiple clubs. Furthermore, with experienced fitness veterans John Quattrocchi and Strickland at the helm of the company, WORKOUT ANYTIME is well-equipped to emerge as a frontrunner of value-price workout establishments in 2015. WORKOUT ANYIME&#8217;s impressive growth potential is powered by a passionate and growing system of franchisees looking to introduce quality fitness centers to more communities, whether in existing or new markets. For example, in their home market of Atlanta, WORKOUT ANYTIME has opened more than 25 clubs. However, the brand is also exploring new territories, including top development markets &#8212; Indiana, Alabama, Florida, Cincinnati and Chicago &#8212; as well as a move into Canada for the first time.
