The two wanted to bring the French sweets they loved to America as they struggled to find adequate pastries in their city of Sarasota, Florida. Now their stores sell gelato, eclairs, napoleons, pies, cakes, croissants, and fine chocolates as well as coffee and tea. Many of their ingredients are either imported from France or made in-house from scatch.&nbsp;

As reported by <a href="https://foodtruckempire.com/franchise/le-macaron-review/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=food-truck-empire-the-story-of-le-macaron-french-pastries-2710499" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Food Truck Empire</a>, the initial total investment for a <a href="https://lemacaronfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=food-truck-empire-the-story-of-le-macaron-french-pastries-2710499" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Le Macaron franchise</a> ranges from $84,350 to $361,500. There are currently 52 existing locations, and the Guillems hope to expand their national footprint even further through franchising. &ldquo;You can get three Le Macaron locations for the price of one ice cream shop or chocolate store,&rdquo; said the Guillems. Le Macaron also offers two different franchise concepts &ndash; brick-and-mortar cafes or mobile kiosks. Overhead for mobile kiosks is low, making the investment both affordable and versatile.&nbsp;

Le Macaron is currently seeking out owner/operators who believe in the brand&rsquo;s products and business model.
