Formerly the president of Worldwide Ticketcraft in Boynton Beach, Florida, Erik is entering the world of franchising and bringing 810 Billiards and Bowling to Fort Smith, Arkansas.&nbsp;“I was looking for a different career away from the printing industry,” said Covitz. “I felt that if I was going to be working for the next ten-plus years, I wanted to be in a fun environment where the patrons were typically in a good mood.
