On Monday, Trump signed an executive order to cut two regulations every time a new rule is introduced. This aggressive action to cut down on regulations comes after promising to cut 75 percent of regulations, at least. According to the American Action Forum, the administration&rsquo;s memo to freeze all recently finalized and pending regulations resulted in stopping rules that would have cost $181 billion.
