Casago has a unique business model that offers multiple revenue streams to franchisees — condo/beachfront house rental and property management services.

Casago offers vacation rental and property management services across the U.S. and Mexico.
Although Casago is currently headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, it actually got its start in 1996 in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Founder and CEO Steve Schwab, after serving in the military and attending college, decided to take a year off in Mexico for the summer. While there, he became friends with a couple who owned a vacation rental company and worked some odd jobs for them. When the husband passed away a short time later, Schwab bought the company.
Originally, he called the business Seaside Reservations, but as he expanded beyond seaside properties, he rebranded the company to be called Casago in 2018.
The brand currently has 27 locations across the U.S.
Casago offers vacation rental properties throughout the U.S. and Mexico, as well property management services to owners of any home, apartment or building ranging from long-term rentals to single family homes.
