Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream is a non-traditional Miami-based ice cream franchise. Rather than serving premade ice cream made with the traditional churning method, Chill-N lets customers build their own custom flavors and then uses liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the ingredients into their finished form.
