CryoFit is a recovery and wellness center franchise with locations in Texas and Wisconsin. The company offers clients a customized personal protocol of wellness services, including cryotherapy, NAD + IV infusion, IV drip therapy, compression recovery, infrared sauna and injectable vitamins.

The Austin-based franchisor boasts low overhead, in-depth training and a tried-and-true business model.

How Many Locations Are There?

There are currently 11 CryoFit locations, with the majority based in Texas. In 2015, the company was approved to begin issuing franchise agreements by the state of Texas. At that time, the founders announced a goal of 50 locations after two years and 250 after five. However, they did not reach those goals.

What Is the Business Model?

CryoFit says its franchise opportunity is dedicated to keeping the business model simple and the cost of entry reasonable.

“Our goal is to let people experience the ‘American Dream’ of business ownership with a proven business model and plan of actions,” reads the brand’s franchise development page.

While the brand prefers its franchisees to be actively involved in their store, it is not a requirement. There are also multi-unit opportunities available. CryoFit will provide its location criteria and will help franchisees find a commercial real estate broker in their area to assist with negotiations. They will also support new owners through construction and design.

Prior to opening, franchisees will be invited to San Antonio to receive intense corporate hands-on training. These training sessions cover all aspects of CryoFit’s operations such as business management, marketing and social media strategies, facility and equipment operations and maintenance, costs, and nitrogen gas control and purchasing.

How Much Can CryoFit Franchise Owners Make?

Profits for CryoFit franchise owners are not publicly available. However, the cryotherapy market size was valued at $6.39 billion in 2021 and is expected to advance at a compound annual growth rate of 7.2% by 2030.
