Franchisor Stories

With two innovative business models, Signal Health Group allows entrepreneurs to make a difference in the lives of seniors within their communities.

Signal Health Group is a national in-home senior health and hospice franchise that specializes in providing services such as in-home senior care, medical services and end-of-life hospice services.
Signal Health Group was established in 2012 in Richmond, Indiana, by Hahn March, who currently serves as the brand’s CEO. March founded Signal Health Group after realizing there was a lack of in-home senior care solutions in her community. Since its inception, Signal Health Group has grown into a well-known and valued health care brand throughout the United States.
There are 12 Signal Health Group franchises located throughout the United States. The brand is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Signal Health Group is focused on providing quality and reliable at-home health care services — medical, non-medical, wellness and hospice — to seniors. The brand aims to provide these services so seniors are able to age in their own homes for as long as possible instead of a senior living facility.
Signal Health Group features two business models for entrepreneurs to choose from, including its medical and non-medical model. Its non-medical model has been designed to help individuals with daily living activities including bathing, meal preparation and exercising. The medical model is designed to provide seniors with comprehensive and continuous medical care so they can obtain an optimal health outcome.
The ideal Signal Health Group franchisee is a team and relationship builder with health care and business experience. Candidates should be strong communicators, self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the willingness to learn and adopt a proven system. Signal Health Group provides its franchisees with comprehensive training and support, including beginning-to-end licensing assistance and extensive ongoing training throughout the life cycle of the business.
Signal Health Group lists the following benefits for operating one of its franchises:
Signal Health Group does not have a publicly available Item 19. To learn more, contact the team about reading the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which will state the total earnings of any company or franchise-owned unit as a reference.
As of the publishing of this story, Signal Health Group does not make its initial investment information publicly available. However, Vetted Biz reports that the range is $65,000 to $358,000.
The franchise fee required to open a Signal Health Group franchise is $70,000.
