What makes your franchise development site great?

We spend a lot of time editing and updating the site. What makes it great is that it is very user friendly and extremely transparent. Our site allows researchers to know everything about who we are and what we do before taking the first step into becoming a franchisee. In addition to that, we offer several backlinks to our consumer website, allowing you to understand more of our product and our locations.

What do you want franchise prospects to know about your brand when researching it?

We want franchise prospects to understand who we are, what we do, how we do it and most importantly, why we do what we do. Our brands culture is such a big piece of our success, so portraying that on our site is extremely important.

How should franchise sales professionals and executives evaluate their development site?

It is important to stay on top of your site, meaning it should constantly be updated and tweaked. To evaluate your site, you want to look at how many visitors you are getting on a daily basis, where they are coming from, how many leads you are getting from your site and where you rank on popular search engines. If all of these areas are positive, you are headed in the right direction.

What are the most important KPIs around a development site?

The most important KPIs are:

Unique visitors

Backlinks

Native searches

What should brands budget for a franchise development site?

In order to create a well functioning, clean and easy to navigate site brands should allocate around $10k for a franchise development site.
