1851: What makes your franchise development site great?

Thompson: We provide the candidate a detailed experience outlining their journey from initial contact, through due diligence, to signing their agreements.  The site provides them the right content at the right time in the mutual evaluation process.

1851: What do you want franchise prospects to know about your brand when researching it?

Thompson: Who we are as a brand, what we are looking for in a successful franchisee, do we have sufficient territories available near them, can I afford this investment, what are the investment requirements and are their other people like me in the franchise.

1851: How should franchise sales professionals and executives evaluate their development site?

Thompson: Clicks, conversions, bounce rate, repeat visitors and demographic data.
