In the world of Franchise Sales Organizations (FSOs), <a href="https://www.franchisefastlane.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchise-fastlane-celebrates-recognitions-at-fcc-and-franchoice-conferences-2713145" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Franchise FastLane</a> is one of the industry’s top performers when it comes to representing franchisors and helping them find the right candidates. CEO Ryan Zink puts it like this: “If you were going to sell a home, you would have a real estate agent for the buyer and for the seller. We are the agent for the franchisor.”This year at the annual Franchise Consulting Company (FCC) and FranChoice Conferences <a href="https://1851franchise.com/franchisefastlane">Franchise FastLane</a> stood out as an FSO that swept the rankings. Of the 300 brands represented at the FCC conference, 12 of Franchise FastLane’s brands were in attendance, and six out of 13 brands cracked the top 12.&nbsp;Zink went on to say that one of the organization’s brightest stars this year was Premiere Martial Arts, which ranked as the No. 2 Master Closer and No. 2 Honor Roll at FranChoice, and the No 5. Overall brand at FCC. “When we started working with Premier Martial Arts, the brand had around 70 total units,” said Zink. “In the nine months that Franchise FastLane has been working with them they have awarded 100 new licenses.”&nbsp;Other standout brands who placed highly at FCC in the overall brand category were SPENGA at No. 3, The Exercise Coach at No. 4, Redbox+ at No. 5, Color World Housepainting at No. 8 and D1 Training at No. 13. “I think these awards are important because it allows us to validate with our existing partners and future partners the kind of growth they can expect when partnering with Franchise FastLane,” said Zink. “When franchisors have solid financial returns and happy franchisees, they do well, and we know we’re doing our job too.”Franchise FastLane was also awarded the Top Franchise Sales Organization Partner at the FCC conference for the second year in a row. “Those partners have been so key and so important to our success, and we’re very thankful for their trust in Franchise FastLane.”Franchise FastLane has also worked to develop its own unique software called “Frick and Fastlane” that gives full visibility to every consultant the organization works with. “It’s great as a communication tool between us and our consultant partners,” said Zink, who went on to explain that the name stems from a popular term in franchise consulting, “frick and frack,” which refers to the communication between the franchise brand and consultant.&nbsp;Franchise FastLane works with brands to find franchise partners that would be the right fit. The goal is to scale brands in a way that aligns with the brand’s specific overall needs, but Franchise FastLane does so in a way that is distinctly different from other FSOs in the industry. “We dedicate a franchise development director to every brand in order to meet their individual goals,” said Zink. “By having an individual FranDev director responsible for each brand, that director is being held accountable for that brand’s success to drive leads and deals. This is only our second full year of representing brands, but in 2019 we awarded just shy of 1,000 units for our 13 brands.”
